Anxiety and overwhelm are those sneaky things that seem normal but what harm are they actually causing? Do you know what they are stealing from your everyday?
Today we are diving into way to combat anxiety and fill our moments with intentional loved filled peace so that we can live in abundance.
I have a feeling you are like me and want days that are accomplished..days you can be proud of in a way that allows you to be more present with family and overflowing with Love from God that is true and good.
I believe that gratitude and declaring the truth of who God is is our defense and from that flows creativity and life.
